Rick Maestas is a veteran rock bassist, vocalist and songwriter whose roots run deep in Southern California rock.
Rick cut his teeth in the early days with Magic, The Strangers, Section 8, Call of the Wild, Last Dayz, and the David Upton Band developing a hard-driving, melodic bass style and a knack for songs that stick. As a founding member of Liquid Circus, he has carried that foundation forward, blending classic rock grit with modern edge.
Now joining forces in The 3rd Remnant, Rick brings a lifetime of influences, songwriting, and stage miles to a new chapter — veteran experience, locked-in groove, and vocals that still deliver night after night.
Jeff Harris is a seasoned guitarist, vocalist, and songwriter who comes from a family of talented professional musicians. He began his musical career early on with the 4 J’s and the J. Harris Band, a family group featuring his siblings. After those formative years, he transitioned into Classic and Hard Rock, fronting his original band, Prophecy, featuring drumming legend Matt Sorum on drums and a few other local musicians.
Jeff paid his dues during the grueling days of the Hollywood rock scene. He also performed with bands like Mahnaz, Baby Blu, Last Dayz, and Slapbak, which was his brother Jara’s group. During this period, he played guitar for Crystal Lewis and also played with Randy & The Gypsies alongside his brother.
Over the years, Jeff has recorded guitar tracks for various artists and contributed signature solos to numerous projects. In addition to his performance career, Jeff has a BSEE degree in Electronic Engineering and is the founder and creator of AxeTrak, a company that manufactures niche musical products for guitar, bass, and electronic drums.
Ralph Dohle, AKA Rollo Dean, has been a key figure in the Orange County, California rock and underground scene for several decades. His work covers performing, songwriting, engineering, and independent production.
Performing Career He started in the local scene playing guitar with the rock band Paradox. Later, he moved into heavy metal and hard rock by joining the band Blitzen.
Engineering & Production After facing the challenges of the mainstream music industry, he decided to build his own creative space. He founded the independent label and studio Wrection Records, where he worked as a songwriter, producer, and audio engineer. For many years, he helped countless local bands by tracking, mixing, and producing their records.
Collaborative Projects Rollo Dean is the founding member of underground groups like T.H.D., Universal Juveniles, and The Plumbers. He has a long-standing creative partnership with drummer Stanley Wayne. Together, they have written, recorded, and produced a large catalog of rock and punk music.
Paul Wilson is a veteran drummer, vocalist, and songwriter with decades of live performance and recording experience. Throughout his career, he has played thousands of shows, spent countless hours in the studio, and contributed to numerous albums and nationally released recordings. He has worked under record-label contracts alongside respected musicians, including vocalist Ken Tamplin, guitarist Eric Sardinas, Mitch Perry of the Edgar Winter Band, and Joey Allen of Warrant.
Known for his distinctive single-kick approach, traditional-grip technique, and powerful lead vocals, Paul has developed an original style grounded in feel, precision, and decades of experience. Now joining The 3rd Remnant, he brings a seasoned studio presence, commanding live performance, and an unmistakable musical identity to the band’s next chapter.
